Further controversy has unfolded between the Iranian and Israeli blocs, as Iran has begun to try and take over certain ISIS territories such as Iraq and Syria. In order to do this, Iran has acquired the assistance of Russian troops.
Members of the Israeli bloc of the JCC are therefore considering offering military aid to Iran, as they believe that by “simply offering the assistance which Iran asked for” through “offering our support in terms of military action or air strikes” they will be able to strengthen international relations by forming an alliance against ISIS, a common enemy. Some members of the bloc believe that this action will allow for closer monitoring of Iranian forces, and they believe that Israel has the upper hand in the situation or the ‘international high ground.”
Information from the commander of the Iranian Secret Service also revealed that the “Quds Force”, a special forces unit of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, was meant to secretly inform the Israeli government of a possible spy in their cabinet the “Minister of Culture.” However, due to fact that this information came from an Iranian source, it is questionable as to whether or not the Iranian Secret Service is using this as false information to distract from a real spy in the Israeli bloc.
Among this new information, members of the Israeli bloc wish to enforce heightened and advanced security measures to identify Israeli soldier, in order to ensure that possible impersonators are not confused with real soldiers.
For now, it is unclear as to whether or not Israel and Iran will finally find peace through a joint alliance against Jihadi extremist group, ISIS; however, this seems as though it may be a proactive way to resolve Iranian/Israeli conflict that has existed for generations.
